DELIVERY TIMES - 

All LeMÁine pieces are entirely handmade by just myself, and time is needed to make sure each piece is constructed to a high standard. I look forward to developing my work and eventually being able to grow my brand to allow for shorter manufacture times - however for the moment please pay close attention to the manufacture times included in all product descriptions. This is an independently-run label and I am doing all I can to ensure that your orders arrive with you as quickly as possible. 

Custom requests may take longer for manufacture depending on the style requested - however as a guide please allow up to 5 weeks or up to 8 weeks for more intricate flesh dresses and custom patterns. 

I will provide a tracking number for all shipments. Please look out for both your order confirmation and shipping tracking email. Shipping times are generally between 1-2 days for UK orders and 6 days for international orders.

How do I purchase from LeMÁine? 

We have ready to buy pieces available to purchase from our store. To purchase dresses or custom piece requests please contact LeMÁine through email (lemaine.orders@gmail.com) for commission details and prices. Please note that all dresses are custom. 

 

Do you provide pull/rental pieces? 

Please contact LeMÁine directly at lemaine.sp@gmail.com to request pull items. Depending on the details of the pull request and admin fee/insurance fee may need to be paid. Loan pieces are available in a wide range of different styles and sizes. Please be aware that in the case of a custom request where a piece(s) needs to be manufactured from scratch a fee will need to be paid to cover manufacture costs.

 

What are the flesh pieces made from? 

LeMÁine uses their own signature fabric made from upcycling materials using textile processes. This material is latex based. 

 

How do I wash/care for LeMÁine pieces? 

Please hand-wash in lukewarm water only. Do not put pieces in a washing machine. As the material is latex based, it is advised that pieces are stored hung rather than folded. Please treat products with care. 

 

Exchanges/Refunds?

If for any reason there is an issue with your piece, please contact me directly by email so I can resolve the issue with you, either by sending a replacement piece or refund. Due to the manner in which pieces are constructed, refunds/exchanges can only be given if there is a manufacture issue with the product.
